Cancellation and Payment Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel and reschedule once for your reserved lesson outside of 8 hours before class begins.
Canceling within 8 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of one class credit. Please contact the studio directly in case of an emergency.

Payment:

Monthly invoices will be sent out at the start of each month, with payments expected on the first lesson of every month.

Payment methods:

For online payments, please send to SKS Music LLC via Zelle or Venmo (1.9% plus 10 cents per transaction) to the account sallykwokmusic@gmail.com.
We also accept Apple Cash/ Apple Pay, checks, cash, and Tap to Pay (in person) with debit or credit cards (2.6% plus 10 cents per transaction).
